ixwebhosting是支持30天内无条件退款的,大家购买时不要有任何顾虑。不过我们也不支持大家购买后立即就要求退款,反正有30天的试用期呢,你急什么呢?如果你经过试用后觉得ixwebhosting确实不适合你的网站,你可以写封信给它们,就说" I want to cancel my account, Please give my money back"(我E文不怎么好,大虾指教!),然后,你只需要等着他们把钱还给你就行了!

申请ixwebhosting退款后该怎么做

不过ix空间也经常会给你发封信询问你要求退款的原因,类似下面这封一样:

Dear XXX:

In order to continue with your request for cancellation, we have forwarded your inquiry to our cancellation department. Please note that your cancellation will be processed by the guidelines outlined in the terms of service. For your convenience, those guidelines will be briefly outlined, but for a full description, please refer to our terms of service.

If you are cancelling within 30 days of your initial order, your cancellation will be processed per our “30-Day Money Back Guarantee.” This means you will receive a full refund of all hosting and set-up fees. However, we will have to charge you for any free domain registration credits you utilized as they are only free for as long as you remain hosting with us. Since domains cannot be unregistered after 24 hours have passed from their initial order, you will retain ownership of these domains. If you have not utilized any free domain registration credits, you will not be charged.

If 30 days have passed since your initial order, your cancellation will be processed per our “Any-Time Money Back Guarantee.” This means that you will
receive a prorated refund for the amount of time you have pre-paid for but not used. As with the 30 day guarantee, you will be charged a pro-rated charge for any free domain points you are utilizing as well as a set-up fee if you have not finished your initial billing cycle and did not pay this set-up fee at signup.
